Anise seeds increase milk production and can prevent inflammation in the milk ducts. Supports baby's digestion. Balances blood sugar levels, and prevents the emergence of fungi and bacteria.
Fennel seeds increase milk flow, are rich in antioxidants, have antibacterial properties, promote digestion and help with constipation.
Cumin seeds stimulate milk production. The seeds are packed with iron, which is an important mineral for breastfeeding mothers. Cumin seeds also support digestion.
Suggested use: We recommend that you make a big pot of tea in the morning and transfer to your regular drinks bottle to sip from throughout the day. Crush the seeds before use to increase their effectiveness. Store the herbs in a dry, cool and dark space.
