Shipping & Shop Policies

• We’re using 100% recycled packaging materials. We spread dried flowers in the package so that the receiver feel a scent of flowers when opening it.

• Orders within Sweden ship within 3-7 days. The shipping costs 49 kr.

• International orders usually take a 1-4 weeks. The shipping costs 86 kr (8 eur) for untraceable shipping and 150 kr (14 eur) for traceable shipping.

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Braïdo Organics is not responsible for delays due to customs.

• We do not offer refunds unless the item gets damaged during shipping. If that happens, please contact us within two days of receiving your order with images of the defect and we’ll asses your matter within 48 hours to help resolve the situation.
