We have chosen to make the pillow slightly larger than they usually are so that they cover both eyes and forehead, to increase relaxation before sleep, during Savasana and meditation and to relieve tired eyes, headaches and fatigue.

They can also be heated and placed on the neck to relieve neck pain, and on the lower back/stomach/uterus to relieve general pain/menstrual pain and during and after childbirth.

We have six colors to choose from: charcoal, soft pink, white, sand, forest green and linden green.

The outer cover is made of organic muslin fabric that is both removable and washable at 60 degrees, and the more you wash it, the softer the fabric becomes.
