Raspberry leaves are rich in vitamins and minerals and help strengthen the uterus. Raspberry leaves are said to make both birth and recovery easier.
Nettle is a fantastic medicinal plant and contains plenty of iron, chlorophyll, vitamins and minerals. The nettle is blood purifying and at the same time blood-forming. Because it has a good effect on the pancreas it will lower your blood sugar.
Oat straw is rich in calcium and has a calming effect and prevents difficulty sleeping, anxiety and muscle cramps.
Rosehips are rich in vitamin C, increase blood circulation and strengthen the immune system.
Lemon balm calms the nervous system by alleviating anxiety and depression and helps with insomnia. It is rich in antioxidants and can counteract herpes outbreaks.
Suggested use: We recommend that you make a big pot of tea in the morning and transfer to your regular drinks bottle to sip from throughout the day. Crush the seeds before use to increase their effectiveness. Store the herbs in a dry, cool and dark space.
