Chamomile is soothing and relieves stress. The anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties support good brain health and help to elevate mood. The Latin name for chamomile comes from the word for uterus, Matrix. Chamomile is traditionally used by midwives.
Lavender elevates mood and is effective in treating anxiety, depression and pain. Relaxing, soothing and improving sleep. Increases the immune system through its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties and supports digestion.
Lemon balm acts on the nervous system and is soothing. It acts as an antioxidant and is effective against anxiety, insomnia and depression. Also prevents herpes outbreaks.
Suggested use: We recommend that you make a big pot of tea in the morning and transfer to your regular drinks bottle to sip from throughout the day. Crush the seeds before use to increase their effectiveness. Store the herbs in a dry, cool and dark space.
